If you decide to extend your trip, you can request a new coverage period as long as you meet the eligibility requirements of the new policy. If you have incurred a claim, Allianz Global Assistance will review your file before deciding to award a new policy. Each policy or coverage term is considered a separate contract. AGA reserves the right to deny any request for new terms of coverage.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL: Costs incurred outside of Canada, except in your home country, are covered as long as the majority of the coverage period is spent in Canada. Additionally, travel to the United States is limited to 30 days per coverage period. Your policy will remain in force while you are in your home country, however costs incurred in your home country are not covered.
